Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sleepwear and intimate apparel. Additionally, items marked as “Final Sale” during our HOT SALE events cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below) and include it with your return package.
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship your return to our fulfillment center at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate on the Return Request Form that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your desired replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

Note: You will be responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
